Washington, DC. The District of Columbia Office of Zoning is unveiling its new Compliance Review Program on Saturday, September 28, 2002 at 11:00 am. The new program will review and assess complaints of non-compliance with the conditions of Board of Zoning Adjustments and Zoning Commission orders. The public is invited to attend the unveiling.

The Office of Zoning has made the application form (#300) for BZA actions and Compliant of Non-Compliance with Conditions of BZA/ZC Orders online for download. ZC forms will be available in the near future.
