Introducing DCOZ's New Zoning Case Search Tool

The DC Office of Zoning (DCOZ) is proud to introduce a real time zoning case search tool, which is the first component of DCOZ's Interactive Zoning Information System (IZIS). The zoning case search tool allows users to view Zoning Commission (ZC) and Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) case-related information, including the case filing date, hearing date, status, and any action taken. Users can search by ZC/BZA case number, applicant/case name, or square.

For cases in which Orders have been issued, the Orders are accessible through the zoning case search tool. Case file exhibits for certain cases are also available. As DCOZ continues to upload archived case files into IZIS, additional case file exhibits will become available. Eventually, IZIS will allow users to view full case files for all ZC and BZA cases.

DCOZ is proud to share this new tool, and we look forward to introducing the electronic case management portion of IZIS soon!
